Shipping Policy

All orders ship from South Korea. We offer free tracked FedEx shipping to supported destinations outside South Korea. Available destinations are shown at checkout. South Korea is excluded.

Handling and delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days. A tracking number is provided for every shipment.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• United States and Canada: 7–14 business days
• Europe: 7–20 business days
• Asia and Oceania: 5–12 business days
• Middle East and South America: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local restrictions, or carrier disruptions. For destinations not listed above, contact us for a delivery estimate before ordering.

Customs and delivery issues

Customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Any duties or taxes shown and collected at checkout are separate from the free shipping charge.

If a package is returned due to unpaid fees or an incorrect address, shipping costs are non-refundable.
